أعلنت شركة مناجم الفوسفات الأردنية عبر إفصاح لها على هيئة الاوراق المالية وبورصة عمان، عن قرار مجلس ادارتها المتخذ اليوم الثلاثاء الرابع عشر من شهر آذار، بالموافقة على التوصية للهيئة العامة للشركة بتوزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين بنسبة 300% من رأس مال الشركة المدفوع والبالغ 82.5 مليون دينار، على أن يخصع هذا القرار لموافقة الهيئة العامة.
وتضمن الإفصاح أيضا قرارا لمجلس الإدارة، بالموافقة على زيادة رأس مال الشركة من 82.5 مليون دينار الى 247.5 مليون دينار، وذلك عن طريق رسملة ما مقداره 165 مليون دينار أردني من رصيد الأرباح المدورة، والتي تشكل ما نسبته 200% من رأس المال، وتوزيعها كأسهم مجانية، على أن يخضع هذا القرار لموافقة الهيئة العامة للشركة.
