Arab Fertilizer Association (AFA)

It is a regional organization aimed at strengthening the cooperation among the companies of fertilizers in the Arab countries. The Association concentrates on developing the fertilizer industry in the Arab region via improving the production, enhancing efficient use of fertilizers, and expansion of markets. This membership helps Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC) benefit from the opportunities that the Association provides in the fields of research and development, and modern technology in the industry of fertilizers. It is worth mentioning that His Excellency the Chief Executive Officer is Vice-Chairman/Member of the Board of Directors of the Association in the mining industries and representative of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the Association. He was awarded the Association prize for the best scientific applied research in the Arab World for 2023.
