Innovation is the essence of the development process and a fundamental pillar of excellence within any company. The growth and excellence formulae of products or services delivered in the organization are achieved via creative management and innovative operation minds.

This directive helps employees of the company to do their best and deliver the best; thus, contributing to improving its performance in general and enabling it to realize its vision, mission, and aspired goals to the utmost proficiency and efficiency. In order to implement this approach, the Company has developed a special methodology for innovation and creativity in line with the best practices. 

Objectives of the Innovation and Creativity Methodology: 

  • Promotion of innovation and creativity and providing a sustainable and lucrative business environment whilst activating the role of leadership in this respect. 

  • Advancement of institutional operation in the Company to improve the quality of products offered and pertinent processes. This includes offering a distinguished customer experience via embracing and sponsoring innovative ideas and initiatives with the support of departments engaged in their implementation.

  • Qualifying all employees of the Company to engage in innovation with the aim of improving institutional performance; which helps the prevalence of creative thinking culture and support of innovative solutions.

  • Raise awareness among all employees of the importance of innovation in performing the jobs assigned to them via training needed to hone their talents and employ their capabilities with the Company leadership support. 

  • Smart transition for the operation control and accelerating the industrial and administrative procedures made. 

  • Promote the spirit of cooperation by availing the opportunity to learn from the experiences and ideas of all. 

  • Appreciating distinguished initiatives and ideas and sponsoring and honoring the talented and creative people; which strengthens the sense of belonging to the organization and creates the atmosphere of competition and innovation.
