Establishing the Indo-Jordan Chemicals Company, Ltd. in Eshidia to the South of Jordan in 1992 to strengthen the cooperation between India and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It manufactures the high quality phosphoric acid with a production capacity of (224) thousand tons per year.

Establishing the Nippon Jordan Fertilizer Company (NJFC) in Aqaba in 1992 to produce compound fertilizers and the di-ammonium phosphate fertilizer with a production capacity of (300) thousand tons/year.
2007
Establishing Al-Abyad Fertilizers and Chemicals Company as an associate company in 2007, with a 25% share for the Phosphate Company.

Establishing MANAJIM Company for Mining Development in 2007.
2008
Establishing the Jordanian Indian Fertilizers Company (JIFCO) in 2008 with a 48% share for JPMC.
2009
Establishing Petro Jordan Abadi Company in Indonesia in 2009 to produce phosphoric acid with a share of 50% for JPMC.
2010
Establishing a new port for phosphate exportation and Roya Land Transport Company in 2010.
2011
Producing (7.6) million tons of phosphate in 2011; it is the highest number since the inception of the Company. The highest net profits (JD 145.3 million) were realized along the Company history
2011
Establishing ARKAN Construction Contracting Company in 2011.
2014
Starting the commercial operation of JIFCO in 2014.
2017
Starting a plan to reduce the costs of producing and mining phosphate in 2017 and reducing the marketing cost at 11% compared to 2016.
2018
A new start for the Company in 2018 and getting rid from the large volume of losses. Following are the milestones achieve with this new start:
Reducing the cost of the sold phosphate production per ton to 66 Dollars in 2018 compared to 78 Dollars in 2016.
Announcing an international tender to make use of the phosphate quantities stored in Eshidia Mine according to a BOOT system in order to establish the floating and concentration unit of the phosphate ores.
Starting the rehabilitation project of phosphate piles in Rusaifa City.
2019
Realizing the highest figure of phosphate production since the establishment of the Company in 2019 as it marked (9.2) million tons.
In the same year, the Indo-Jordan Chemicals Company (IJC) which is totally owned by JPMC achieved the highest quantity of production since its establishment as the production quantities reached (259) thousand tons of concentrated phosphoric acid.
2020
Opening the new extension unit of (IJC) in 2020 and increasing the production capacity to more than 24 thousand tons of phosphoric acid and starting with the training project of the comprehensive diploma graduates with a number exceeding 300 graduates.
2021
The Company achieved the first position at the level of public shareholding companies in Jordan in terms of profits in 2021.
The Company achieved the highest production and mining quantity since the establishment of the Company.
2022
The Company realized the highest net profits in 2022 since its establishment as the after tax net profits of the Company reached JD 735 million; as such, the Company contributed with an estimated amount of JD (347) to the public revenues of the State.
2023
In 2023, the Company achieved the highest quantities of phosphate production and marketing since its establishment as the quantities reached (11.5) million tons, approximately and (11) million tons of sold phosphate.
