 Future plans are aimed at reducing the costs and increasing the production capacity, diversifying the exports and developing the infrastructure, sustaining the assets, conserving the environmental resources, supporting socio-economic and environmental development, improving customer experience, enhancing core values, developing human resources, and improving institutional performance. 

The company persistently works on increasing its production capacity and improving quality of products in the existing industrial enterprises via revamping and upgrading the plants (factories) of the Company on all sites and modifying the manufacturing processes to cope with the requirements of environment conservation.  

Within the plans of the Company aimed at conserving the water resources, the Company seeks to execute several projects to recycle water used in phosphate washing to make use of it. At present, it is executing a project to establish a plant to treat the water used in phosphate washing at Eshidia Mine and it will execute similar projects in the other mines.  

Within its strategic plan to increase the production capacity and diversify the finished and semi-finished products of fertilizers, the Company is currently engaged in executing a cohort of projects to produce phosphoric acid and aluminum fluoride as well as floating units. This exercise proceeds vertically and horizontally complements the other activities of the Company including mining, increasing the value added of products and providing sufficient flexibility for the Company to stand the fluctuations of markets.
