وقالت الشركة في بيان صحفي ان الأسماء التي تم تنسيبها اختيرت بكل مهنية وموضوعية من قبل لجنة مشكلة من وزارة العمل وشركة مناجم الفوسفات الأردنية، مؤكدة أنها لم تقبل اي ترشيح فردي من قبل أي جهة خارج وزارة العمل.
وبينت الشركة أن عدد المقبولين في برنامج التدريب بلغ 215 متدرباً، سيتم إخضاعهم لبرامج تدريبية مكثفة لمدة ثلاث سنوات، بهدف رفد كوادر الشركة بالكفاءات والكوادر المؤهلة المطلوبة، وذلك بعد تقييم أداء المتدربين واختيار المناسب منهم للعمل في الشركة.
