هذا وبالنسبة لقرار مجلس ادارة الشركة الغاء وظيفة مستشارون، فإن الشركة تؤكد بأن المستشارين يكلفون الشركة مبالغ طائلة تتجاوز (400) ألف دينار سنوياً منذ سنوات عدة وبدون دوام أو تقديم أية خدمات للشركة.
ان سياسة الشركة في إعادة الشركة الى مكانتها وقدرتها التنافسية والانتقال بها لما كانت عليه من ريادة ومكانة على صعيد صناعة الأسمدة بالسوق العالمي، بالتوازي مع الحفاظ على العاملين وحقوقهم هو الهدف الأساس لهذه الاستراتيجية والتوجهات
