The Company Headquarters are based in the Capital Amman. The Company has three mines located in the central and southern parts of the Kingdom. These are: AlHasa, AlWadi AlAbyad, and Eshidia. In addition, it owns the Industrial Complex in Aqaba city; it is aimed at manufacturing the phosphate into products with value added. The Industrial Complex is one of the largest complexes of phosphate fertilizers in the Middle East. The Company constructed the phosphate port in Aqaba to be a specialized port of phosphate exportation. It supports the phosphate exportation operations to the several international markets. As present, the Company is working on expanding and developing the Industrial Port whilst introducing modifications that observe the environmental issues.
Rock phosphate is found in Jordan either in the form of layers of regular thickness as in Eshidia Mine and the northern areas regions of the Kingdom or in the form of lenses of several sizes as in AlHasa and AlAbyad Mines and the southern regions in general. All of these are within the so-called phosphate belt.
